We are a highly experienced, family-owned and operated, veteran-owned and operated Colorado-based home and commercial property inspection company.  Our goal is to protect homeowners from potential future problems, including unnecessary repair costs, malfunctioning equipment and systems, health and safety hazards, and more.  We truly believe in the well-known saying, “An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure”.

Every home we enter, we pretend it is like a house we own ourselves, we take our time and we will give an honest assessment.  With every assessment, we also will give solid recommendations as well as timelines for “nonemergent” situations that may not need immediate attention, but will in the near future, such as an aging roof or sump pump system.

Our founder, Tyler Shull, learned many lessons while serving in the Navy, but one of the biggest takeaways was “safety first”.   Every team member is highly trained, and cutting corners is unacceptable, so no jobs are rushed or signed off on without thorough inspection and testing.  We may spend a few more minutes than others, but knowing that you and your family can sleep well at night is well worth it.
